Welcome to the Kraftohata website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). By using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them.

Kraftohata is an online store of handmade products by Ukrainian artisans. We offer:

  • Unique handmade items from Ukrainian artisans
  • The ability to place orders online with delivery within Ukraine and internationally

3. Placing Orders and Payment

  • To place an order, add your selected items to the cart and complete the order form
  • An order is considered accepted after confirmation by our manager
  • We accept payment by bank cards and other available methods indicated on the Website
  • Product prices are listed on product pages and may change without prior notice
  • Payments are processed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH)

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out by postal and courier services within Ukraine and internationally
  • Delivery times and costs depend on the chosen method and delivery address
  • Detailed delivery information is provided during the checkout process

5. Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", you have the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used
  • The product's appearance, consumer properties, and packaging are preserved
  • A document confirming the purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is available

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer
  • Products made to individual order are non-returnable
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials on the Website (texts, photographs, design, logos) are the property of Kraftohata or are used with permission of the rights holders
